  • Not as captivating as most nature docs but it is enjoyable nonetheless. There's no doubt that pandas are truly adorable and I'm glad this documentary captured that. The panda-cuteness and beautiful cinematography are what will satisfy the audience but other than those two specific things, Pandas: The Journey Home will probably be average to most viewers

  • Both Isaac and ! gave this 5 stars. It was a beautifully shot documentary about the race to save panda from extinction. On the IMAX screen in 3D it was amazing. The coolest part of all was seeing the panda keepers in their panda onesies - that just cracked us up! Highly recommended from us both!

  • Set in the temperate forests of south central China near the Himalayas, it presents the elusive, introverted giants with a sharp focus on facts and conservation.

  • Just because the subject matter is cute, don't think that 'Pandas: The Journey Home' is for little kids. It's about a highly organized, scientific initiative to save a vanishing creature that's arguably one of the cutest inhabitants of the world.
